Erfolg (pronounced Air-folg) is the German word for Success stemming from Performance and Results. Like our name, our mission is to pursue successful real estate investment, development and management opportunities with integrity and responsibility that drive performance and results for our investors, partners, clients and tenants.

SEP WOLF

Sep Wolf graduated from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, but is originally from Santa Cruz. After an All-American collegiate and then professional soccer career in Germany, Sep began his construction management and real estate development career. In April 2003, he began work for Daketta Pacific as Director of Acquisitions. A partner in Daketta Pacific since 2007, Sep uses his brokers’ and contractors’ licenses to focus on acquisitions and project management. His energy and experience are valuable assets for maintaining and improving real estate holdings and management portfolio.

In 2018, Sep launched Erfolg Properties. Sep’s background includes two decades of successful real estate investment, development and management in the South Coast markets. Sep is currently a General Partner in several noteworthy local assets, including 71 S Los Carneros Road, 600 Pine Ave., 6868 Cortona Road, 3883 La Cumbre Plaza Lane, 2801 De La Vina, 125 East Victoria and the new Hilton Garden Inn Santa Barbara/Goleta.

Outside of the office, Sep enjoys tennis, golf, SUP, travel and time with his wife and three children. He is a certified Toastmaster and active in the community serving on various boards.

CHRISSY DERLETH

Joined Daketta Pacific/Erfolg Properties in 2015

As the Account Manager at Erfolg, Chrissy’s responsibilities are day-to-day operations of the properties we manage, monthly financials, accounts receivable, accounts payable, maintain owner and tenant relationships

Prior to joining Erfolg, she worked at The Towbes Group as the Residential Portfolio Assistant and worked as an Assistant Business Manager at Duban Accountancy. She lived in NYC from 2003-2007 and worked as a Legal Assistant for Meister, Seelig & Fein.

When Chrissy is not in the office, she enjoys traveling, especially to her boyfriend Lee’s hometown of London, long days at the beach and brunch with friends.

CARI THOMAS

Joined Daketta Pacific/Erfolg Properties in 2014

As the Asset Manager at Erfolg, Cari maintains oversight of finance/accounting activity, investor relations, asset performance, debt management, budgeting and forecasting, new investment fundraising and assist in maximizing revenue from existing and future assets. 

A graduate from Westmont College, Cari has worked in the Santa Barbara County commercial real estate realm since 2004- in leasing, property management, marketing and as a tenant during my time as the owner operator of a retail location in downtown Santa Barbara. When she is not in the office, Cari is raising her two girls with her husband, Sam and volunteering time with various community organizations.
